There is strictly no warranties or guarantees provided with any vehicles we sell. By purchasing from Ultimate Cars For You, you are doing so based on the trade terms that stipulate no refunds or returns will be accepted once a vehicle leaves our site.

At Ultimate Cars For You, we are dedicated to sourcing the best vehicles available to ensure our customers receive top-quality cars. While we make every effort to carefully select each vehicle, we understand the importance of peace of mind when making a purchase.

28-Day Warranty:
Although Ultimate Cars For You trade based of trade terms for added reassurance, most of our vehicles come with a 28-day warranty period which will be mentioned in the advert or if you would like to check you may contact us and we can let you know, covering only the engine and gearbox. This warranty offers protection against mechanical issues that may arise within the first 28 days after purchase.

Extended Warranty:
For further peace of mind, an extended warranty option is available at an additional cost. This can be tailored to suit your needs and offers extended coverage beyond the initial 28 days. This would be for vehicles not sold on trade terms but through retail.

We aim to provide the best service possible, ensuring that your vehicle purchase is as smooth and worry-free as it can be.

At Ultimate Cars For You, all vehicles are sold strictly as seen and on trade terms. This policy applies to every vehicle listed in the advert. Please refer to the sales invoice for additional details regarding the terms of sale.

Trade Sale Invoice Agreement:
All buyers will be required to read and sign a Trade Sale Invoice Agreement upon purchase, as all transactions are considered trade sales.

Retail Sale:

Mileage and Vehicle History:
We do not guarantee the mileage on any of our vehicles. While we will record the odometer reading on the day of sale, it is the buyer's responsibility to conduct their own checks on the vehicle's mileage and history.

Viewing and Purchase:
Vehicles are available for viewing during our opening hours. You are welcome to inspect any vehicle at your convenience, and all purchases must be made during these hours.

Vehicle Information:
We are unable to provide detailed descriptions or information about the vehicles over the phone. For all questions regarding service history, condition, or other vehicle details, please visit Ultimate Cars For You in person to inspect the vehicle. All opinions and evaluations should be made by the buyer upon viewing.

Deposits and Holding Fees:
We do accept a 10% deposit for vehicles which ensures you have secured the vehicle for up to 10 days.​

Implied Terms:
Please note that implied terms, such as those related to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, do not apply to any transactions at Ultimate Cars For You. All vehicles are sold as seen, and no trial, guarantee, or warranty of any kind is provided.

Paperwork:
We do not retain any paperwork for the vehicles. Any documents available will be inside the vehicle at the time of viewing and will be included in the sale.
